Maintenance Projects
Richards & Richards carry out scheduled maintenance work for several clients and typically these works include painting (internal and external), cleaning (litter/ leaf picking, removal of graffiti, removal and disposal of needles or sharps, etc), building repairs (door frames, gutters, brickwork and roof work, etc) and gardening (landscaping, mowing, arboriculture and land drainage, etc).
Using our rapid response team we also deal with emergency call out to sites that have been vandalised or need repairing due to accidents. We respond to this type of work within 24 hours ensuring the area is made secure, followed by full re-instatement of all damage.
