Well done to all involved - I think this is probably the most challenging site certainly that I`ve come across in my 2 years at Orange, and it`s a feather in all your caps that the site has been completed to such a high standard given the complexities of the build and the difficulties with access etc.

I think Richards & Richards Ltd deserve the utmost praise for getting a very, very difficult site built with extreme constraints and an overbearing Site Provider.

I know we don’t mention it often enough as we normally take their expertise for granted, but their teams deserve a pat on the back for achieving this build.

As you may be aware we achieved our end of year Live numbers at the end of October, and have just surpassed our end of Year Acquired with Planning, both of which are major KPI`s to our Client 3 and your teams support with this was invaluable and of particular note by my Implementation Manager.

Your team has been consistently one of our top performing Contractors and has assisted with delivering a very large portion of our sites during the past year. Of particular note was the site S0144 which had its `particular problems` and throughout your team were professional, supportive and made the finished product possible.

Once again many thanks for your support in what was a very successful year, and here`s looking forward to making this partnership even more successful through 2007 and beyond.
